Reporting

NWT has more than three decades of experience in helping improve commercial and procurement performance. We provide private and public sector commercial and IT departments with interim support for the management and direction of their commercial programmes.

 

Our Commercial Services provide direction and leadership for procurement, negotiation or other commercial programmes including setting strategy and vision and aligning the delivery aspects of the programme to that vision.

 

Our senior Commercial Consultants can advise/lead on commercial strategy; its planning, development, approach and delivery. Reviewing governance, best practice, project management and financial analysis, we focus on the delivery of major commercial/procurement projects, including requirements definition, make or buy decisions, use of Cloud, covering the full end-to-end commercial lifecycle.

 

We will assist with senior stakeholder management, provide commercial direction and leadership, co-ordinate and lead commercial aspects of the programme including negotiations, procurements and approvals, prepare board papers and draft the commercial case. One of our key areas of expertise is in the provision of commercial support for the development, transformation, integration and continuous improvement of cloud programmes.

 

It is our experience of leading major procurements in the private sector that sets us apart in advising clients on how best to respond to tenders. We apply this 'buyer' experience to advise our clients on how to respond to tenders; providing hands on advisory services to shape bids. We also offer a bid management service to provide clients with the planning and management including negotiation and due diligence processes.
